The R4 is the result of our desire to design and build the best small audio products available. As an example, most compact systems use amplifier chipsets for simplicity and cost, but for R4 we developed our own Class A-B amplifiers using discrete component technology. This complex technique is usually only found in high quality, high value audio separates.
